OYELEKE AJIBOYE PhD.
Managing Director/CEO
Engr Oyeleke Ajiboye is the Founder and Managing Director of Efficacy Construction Company Limited. He has decades of experience in the Real Estate Development, Construction and Project Management Field. He has numerous degrees and trainings in different disciplines ranging from Engineering, Business Management, Housing & Estate Development, Behavioural finance, Social Housing to Law.
Engr. Oyeleke obtained a bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from the prestigious University of Lagos, Akoka. An MBA in International Business Management from Lincoln University, Oakland, California, the USA, an LLM in International Commercial Law from the University of Salford, Manchester , UK.
He bagged a Ph.D. in Housing and Estate Development and undergoing a second PhD in Behavioral Finance at the Aston Business School, Birmingham, UK.
He is an alumnus of Executive Education at Harvard University, MIT, and TUFTS, where he took courses on Negotiation, Business Leadership, Mediation, Strategy, and Business Implementation. Also, an Alumnus of John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University where he studied Investment Decisions and Behavioural finance.
He is a registered engineer of Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), a fellow of the Nigeria Society of Engineers (FNSE), Fellow of Harvard Negotiation Institute, USA; Fellow of Joint Centre for Housing Studies, Harvard University, USA; member of the Institute of Engineering (IET) in the UK, US Green Building Council, USA and international Facilities Management Association (IFMA).
Oluwadamilola Ruth Ajiboye
Executive Director, Business
Mrs. Oluwadamilola is skilled and experienced in environmental pollution, soil analysis, EIA and business management. She has over 14 years of experience in the real estate sector.
She has at different times lead the cost management, sales, marketing and product development team of the organization. She lead the team that developed the Peak Bungalow product, an affordable housing initiative that was a huge success.
She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (BSc) in Marine Science, a Master of Science Degree (MSc.) in Environmental Pollution Management both from the University of Lagos, Akoka and she is currently running her doctorate degree program at the University of Lagos. She serves on the board of several private organizations, Non-governmental organization and a private school.
Oluwabunmi Oyemade, Esq.
Executive Director, Corporate Affairs & Governance
Oluwabunmi Oyemade is a seasoned Property and Corporate lawyer with over a decade expertise in same. She is seasoned in the industry and has over a decade skill in majorly Property Law, corporate management, Statutory and Regulatory Compliance, Admin and Human Resource Management. Before joining our team, she worked as a senior counsel with Crest Solicitor & Attorney which has laid the foundation for her current position as she was tutored and learnt from the best in Property and Corporate Matters thereby exposing her to several Property and Corporate Law Matters and all aspects of civil law and Professional legal Ethics.
She is a graduate of Law from the University of Ilorin where she obtained her LLB certificate, thereafter proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, Lagos for her BL certification and then proceeded to the University of Lagos for her Master in Law (LLM) programme.
Glory Victor-Obinna, Esq.
Executive Director, Real Estate & Contract
Glory Victor-Obinna is a legal practitioner with over a decade experience in legal practice with expertise in Corporate and Property Law, Contract Management and Legal Advisory. She has been in the property and corporate practice for more than five years. She Started her legal career in the law of Adeyinka Adeyemi & Co as Legal Associate where she practiced for two years and decided to further pursue a career in Corporate Practice. She has occupied several leadership positions in the past and still forms part of the leadership team of several organizations. She is a graduate of law from the University of Lagos where she obtained her LLB certificate, then to the Nigerian Law School, Enugu where she obtained a BL certificate, she thereafter obtained her Master in Law (LLM) from the University of Lagos.

Johnson Osobu is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (AMNIM) and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (ACTI). He is a graduate of Accounting from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma and has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in General Management from Obafemi Awolowo
University, Ile-Ife, Osun state. He has over 20 years of professional working.
Ayodeji Aderinwale

Ayodeji Aderinwale is a registered member of the Council for the
Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) with over 7 years ofexperience working as an engineer. He has a Master of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering both from The Federal University of Technology, Akure, Ondo, state.
