MICHAEL AGBADUN ITEGBOJE, Chairman, Board of Directors
Mr. Michael Itegboje has over the decades set a record in the Nigeria Stock Exchange as the Stockbroker with the largest single transaction in 1976 during the Call-over Era. He was a stockbroker to the issue in the SmithKline Beecham Plc. and Sterling Nigeria Plc. In 1996/97 and he was also the Stockbroker that listed the two Billion-IBTC Nigeria Equity Fund in 1998.
He is a Fellow National Institute of marketing of Nigeria; Fellow Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS); served as the President/ Chairman of Council, CIS; was a Member of Council of the CIS; was the 2nd vice president of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers; Chairman Examination Committee of the institute; Member, Governing Board of the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN); Lagos Business School Alumni– Life Member; Advanced Leadership Program, Haggai Institute, Maui, Hawaii USA; Certificate in Options and Futures trading; Certificates in Fixed Income and Alternative Investments, respectively from the University of Reading, Reading, UK, and New York Institute of Finance, New York, USA.
He has served in various strategic committees in the Capital market at different times between 1996 and 2019 such as the Bond Market Reactivation Committee of Stock Exchange Commission, The Stock Exchange Commission, Ten Years Capital Market Literacy Master Plan 2015 to 2025.
Mr. Itegboje has worked in both the public and private Organizations as well as non- profit organizations.
OYELEKE AJIBOYE PhD- Managing Director/CEO
Engr Oyeleke Ajiboye is the Founder and Managing Director of Efficacy Construction Company Limited. He has decades of experience in the Real Estate Development, Construction and Project Management Field. He has numerous degrees and trainings in different disciplines ranging from Engineering, Business Management, Housing & Estate Development, Behavioural finance, Social Housing to Law.
Engr. Oyeleke obtained a bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from the prestigious University of Lagos, Akoka. An MBA in International Business Management from Lincoln University, Oakland, California, the USA, an LLM in International Commercial Law from the University of Salford, Manchester , UK.
He bagged a Ph.D. in Housing and Estate Development and undergoing a second PhD in Behavioral Finance at the Aston Business School, Birmingham, UK.
He is an alumnus of Executive Education at Harvard University, MIT, and TUFTS, where he took courses on Negotiation, Business Leadership, Mediation, Strategy, and Business Implementation. Also, an Alumnus of John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University where he studied Investment Decisions and Behavioural finance.
He is a registered engineer of Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), a fellow of the Nigeria Society of Engineers (FNSE), Fellow of Harvard Negotiation Institute, USA; Fellow of Joint Centre for Housing Studies, Harvard University, USA; member of the Institute of Engineering (IET) in the UK, US Green Building Council, USA and international Facilities Management Association (IFMA).
Mrs Oluwadamilola Ruth Ajiboye- Executive Director, Business
Mrs. Oluwadamilola is skilled and experienced in environmental pollution, soil analysis, EIA and business management. She has over 14 years of experience in the real estate sector.
She has at different times lead the cost management, sales, marketing and product development team of the organization. She lead the team that developed the Peak bungalow product, an affordable housing initiative that was a huge success.
She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (BSc) in Marine Science, a Master of Science Degree (MSc.) in Environmental Pollution Management both from the University of Lagos, Akoka and she is currently running her doctorate degree program at the University of Lagos. She serves on the board of several private organizations, Non-governmental organization and a private school.
Mrs Oluwabunmi Oyemade, Esq- Executive Director, Corporate Affairs & Governance
Oluwabunmi Oyemade is a seasoned Property and Corporate lawyer with over a decade expertise in same. She is seasoned in the industry and has over a decade skill in majorly Property Law, corporate management, Statutory and Regulatory Compliance, Admin and Human Resource Management. Before joining our team, she worked as a senior counsel with Crest Solicitor & Attorney which has laid the foundation for her current position as she was tutored and learnt from the best in Property and Corporate Matters thereby exposing her to several Property and Corporate Law Matters and all aspects of civil law and Professional legal Ethics.
She is a graduate of Law from the University of Ilorin where she obtained her LLB certificate, thereafter proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, Lagos for her BL certification and then proceeded to the University of Lagos for her Master in Law (LLM) programme
Mrs Glory Victor-Obinna, Esq, Executive Director, Real Estate & Contract
Glory Victor-Obinna is a legal practitioner with over a decade experience in legal practice with expertise in Corporate and Property Law, Contract Management and Legal Advisory. She has been in the property and corporate practice for more than five years. She Started her legal career in the law of Adeyinka Adeyemi & Co as Legal Associate where she practiced for two years and decided to further pursue a career in Corporate Practice. She has occupied several leadership positions in the past and still forms part of the leadership team of several organizations. She is a graduate of law from the University of Lagos where she obtained her LLB certificate, then to the Nigerian Law School, Enugu where she obtained a BL certificate, she thereafter obtained her Master in Law (LLM) from the University of Lagos.
Mr. Johnson Osogbu, Chief Financial Officer (C.F.O)
Johnson Osobu is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), an Associate Member of the Nigerian
Institute of Management (AMNIM) and an Associate member of the
Chartered Institute of Taxation (ACTI). He is a graduate of Accounting from
Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma and has a Master of Business
Administration (MBA) in General Management from Obafemi Awolowo
University, Ile-Ife, Osun state. He has over 20 years of professional working.
Ayodeji Aderinwale – Project Manager
Ayodeji Aderinwale is a registered member of the Council for the
Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) with over 7 years ofexperience working as an engineer. He has a Master of Engineering degree
in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering both from The Federal University of Technology, Akure, Ondo, state.
Nicholas Egbune – Project Manager
Nicholas Egbune is a registered member of the Council for the Regulation
of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and has over 8 years of experience
working as an engineer. He has a Higher National Diploma Master (HND) in Civil Engineering from Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos.
Adedoyin Rogers – Project Manager
Adedoyin Rogers is a registered member of the Architects Registration
Council of Nigeria (ARCON) with 10 years of experience working as an Architect. He has a Masters degree in Architecture from Obafemi Awolowo
University, Ile-Ife, Osun State and a Bachelor of Science degree in
Architecture from same university.
Olajumoke Akinde – Head of Human Resources
Mrs. Olajumoke Akinde is an associate member of the Chartered Institute
of Personnel management. She is a graduate of Building Technology from
Yaba College of Technology and has a Master of Business Administration
(MBA) in Human Resource Management from Ladoke Akintola University
of Technology. She has over 13 years professional working experience.
Toluwalope Folarin – Human Resource Manager (Admin)
Toluwalope Folarin is a certified human resource professional of the
Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI). She is a graduate of Economics from Babcock University, Ogun state and a Master’s Degree in
Applied Management and Enterprise from University of Bradford, UK. She has over 7 years professional working experience.
Enitan Okonji – Head of Facility Management
Enitan Okonji is a graduate of Economics from Usman Danfodio university,
Sokoto state and has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same university. She has over 12 years professional working experience.
Temidayo Ajayi – Head of Accounts
Temidayo Ajayi is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), he is also an associate member of the
Accountancy Bodies of West Africa (ABWA). He holds a bachelor’s degree
in Accounting from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta. He has over 4 years experience working as an Accountant.
Funmilayo Badejo – Customer Experience Manager
Funmilayo Badejo is an experienced customer service professional with
more than 8 years of experience. She is a graduate of Agriculture
Economics from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun State.
Omotayo Alo – Cost Manager
Omotayo Alo is a graduate of Quantity Surveying from University of Lagos,
Akoka, Lagos.
She has over 9 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying.
Barrister Yewande Redemi – Head of Legal
Barrister Yewande Redemi is an experienced legal practitioner with a Law
degree from Lagos State University and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law
School, Abuja. With 9 years of practice in the Nigerian legal industry, she is
a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Lagos Branch.
Olawale Ajayi – Head, IT/ Media and Creative Department
Olawale Ajayi is a Google certified digital marketer (IAB Europe). SEO, SEM,
SMM, Web designer and analyst (e-Marketing Institute, USA).
He is a
graduate of English Language and Literature from the University of Lagos
with 15 years of working experience.
Kingsley Basil - Head of Real Estate Department
Kingsley Basil is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Building (NIOB), Oyo State Chapter, Nigeria.
He is a seasoned builder with over 7 years of
professional experience in construction and building production
management.
He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree (B.Tech) in Building from The Federal University of Technology, Akure, Ondo State.
Paul Olaniyi - Head of Procurement and Logistics
Paul Olaniyi is a graduate of Building from The Federal University of
Technology Akure.
He has over 6 years of working experience in sales, procurement and logistics management in the construction industry.
He is a member of the Chatered Institute of Public Management of Nigeria.
